About NGH tree care
Our Story
Our story starts with founder Nick. He started his career in Surrey with local tree firms, gaining knowledge of industry standards and work ethic, completing a two year course of Arboriculture and Forestry at Merrist Wood college in Surrey. Whilst working and gaining valuable experience, Nick moved on to Bristol, where he worked on council contracts.
Nick then moved onto Sweden after being attracted to the large arboriculture industry and the challenges that came with it. Gaining more experience and working with some fantastic companies and people. Some memorable experiences include working at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, international embassies and gaining knowledge on intricate and difficult large trees.
Nick also worked on numerous tropical species during a secondment in Barbados training a local team of arborists.
After working back in the UK as a lead climber for many fantastic companies, it was time to start NGH Tree Care. Here the real journey begins, armed with 10+ years of knowledge and experience, we are here to provide the best tree care.
